Q. How long should I expect to hold when I call for support?

We are committed to have every support call answered immediately by a member of our staff.  No voice mail, no hold times.  When you call us, you'll talk immediately to someone who will be able to help you.  Our normal support hours are 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST.
