service. We install a totally integrated hardware system providing new hardware or using existing PC hardware. Hardware support for existing equipment is also available.

Training is customized for each office and includes three half days of onsite training and onsite assistance part of the first day of operation. Our trainers are experienced in medical office business procedures. We have complete documentation of system features and functions. Follow-up training and training of replacement staff is available at an additional charge.

Periodic software updates and enhancements are included in the Annual Support Fee, a minimum of two updates per year. These include responses to requests by particular offices, as well as improvements to features and functionality of the system. There is no cost to the doctor's office for these enhancements.
