WinMedStat provides complete hardware services using industry standard
Dell Computers for the medical practice. The
Dell hardware is backed by a Dell's award winning
service. We install a totally integrated hardware system providing new hardware or using existing PC hardware. Hardware support for existing equipment is also available.
Implementation
We have
data conversions written for many popular software products. System installation, data conversion from your existing billing system, and software installation and setup are standard services to make implementation smooth and effortless as possible.
Training
Training is customized for each office and includes three half days of onsite training and onsite assistance part of the first day of operation. Our trainers are experienced in medical office business procedures. We have complete documentation of system features and functions. Follow-up training and training of replacement staff is available at an additional charge.

Agreement you get free unlimited telephone support
for trained personnel and WinMedStat

support contract also includes access via internet so we can connect directly with your system
to assist you.
Software Updates
Periodic software updates and enhancements are included in the Annual Support Fee, a minimum of two updates per year. These include responses to requests by particular offices, as well as improvements to features and functionality of the system. There is no cost to the doctor's office for these enhancements. Updates are downloaded overnight or at a convenient time for your office over the
internet.
